How does the order process work?
1. When you see an item that you want to buy, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button and the item will be added to the shopping cart.
2. On your Shopping Cart screen, choose the method of shipping you prefer and you will see the total amount of your order. Check the "remove" box and click on the "Update" button if you want to cancel this order; change the amount in "Qty." and click on the "Update" button if you want change the quantity of your order. If you want to continue shopping, click on the "Continue Shopping" button; if you finish shopping, click the "Checkout" button. Notice: if you go back to the previous page and you do not want to add quantity of products that you have just ordered, click on the “check out” button. Do not click on the ”Add to Cart” button again, since this will increase your quantity.
3. On the Delivery Information screen, choose a shipping method and change your shipping address if needed. Click on the "Continue" button for the next step.
4. On the Payment Information screen, choose a payment method. Currently, we use paypal to collect the payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card through paypal. Click on the "Continue" button for the next step.
5. On Confirmatino screen, once you have reviewed your order, click on the "Confirm Order" button to submit your order. You may also cancel your order at this point.
6. You will receive an auto-send confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours. Back to Top
Will I receive confirmation of orders?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order automatically. If you have not received your order confirmation within two days, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will make every effort to respond within one business day regarding the status of your order.

Can I order via fax or mail?
Yes, please contact our Sales Department to place your order. If you want to fax or mail us your orders, you do not need to fill out a separate form. All you need to do is to place products in your shopping cart online and continue through checkout until you prompted to print out the order sheet for fax or mail orders.

What if you don’t have all of the items in stock?
We try our best to carry a full inventory for every product we sell on our site. In rare cases, however, when you order a list of products that include items that are "Out of Stock", we will ship partial orders first and fill the backordered items as soon as they arrive, unless you inform us to cancel the backordered products. No extra shipping and handling charges for the second shipment. You will also have the option to cancel the backordered shipment.

What if I order items which are marked as Pre-Order Only?
From time to time, we offer items to our customers before they arrive in stock, so they can order them before everyone else can! If your order contains such highly anticipated items, and also has other items in addition to these items, we will ship the in-stock items out first, and ship the pre-order items as soon as they become available. Shipping for the pre-order items will not be charged in the first shipment, and will be charged in the second shipment when they actually shipped.

Secure Certificate has Expired
If you place an order through our secure ordering system and you are using an older version of Netscape (4.05 or earlier) or Microsoft IE 4 for the Mac, a dialog box may appear stating the secure certificate has expired. You can click "Continue" to proceed with a secure connection or you can upgrade your web browser to avoid this message entirely. Older web browsers have their secure certificates set to expire at the end of 1999 which causes this problem. The server side certificate which is used in this ordering process is current.

Can I track my packages?
Yes, for the packages were sent via USPS Priority mail and Express mail you will receive a Ship Notification email as soon as the packages leave our warehouse. It includes a tracking number for your order. There is also a link within the email that will allow you to track the shipment through the USPS website. Packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post may also eligible for tracking number. In addition, you can always log into your accout to check your order status.

AOL users receiving an error message when finalizing order
AOL users and users of early Netscape or IE browsers, please note that fayshop.com order system is hosted on a "secure server" - meaning your browser needs to be capable of conducting secure transactions to fayshop.com system. If you get an error message when you order our products, you may have an older version of a browser that does not allow you to do this type of secure transaction.
To make your shopping experience secure and convenient, you might want to upgrade your browser - contact your technical support and they will step you through this process. Alternatively, you want to consider downloading a newer Netscape or IE browser, both of which can handle secure transactions.
You can also send your order via email, fax, telephone. Please remember NOT
to send your credit card information per email (a good example for a NON-secure
transaction). You can also let us know your phone number and we will call you
back to take your order.

AOL users receiving an error message when finalizing order
Almost nothing on AOL is "live" using the integrated AOL browser. All web content served to AOL members is updated once daily for consumption in the internal AOL network. Our search engine needs to "talk back" to the originating server - which is outside the AOL network. If the server cannot be reached, you will receive an error message. Correcting this problem requires some technical knowledge and will go beyond the scope of this board (you may need to explicitly tell proxies to not cache search engine data and other real-time content).
The only suggestion we have, is to use any other Internet services provider but AOL or simply "browse" our product sections on fayshop.com - they correspond to the product sections in our catalog. You can also send your order per email, fax, telephone. Please remember NOT to send your credit card information per email (a good example for a NON-secure transaction). You can also let us know your phone number and we will call you back to take your order.
